WyoSEO provides two different services: SERP Tracker and Site Optimizer. To use these services, payments and charges are needed:
Payment: A payment method can be used for uploading credits. Credits can be bought by paying via wire transfer or PayPal (using a PayPal account or credit/debit card).
Charge: The appropriate amount of credit will be charged for each ordered service every day.
To manage payments and charges, the Billing menu can be used, which can be found in the Wyolyzer menu bar. Four submenus are available there:
Make Payment: Information about payment methods.
Billing Profile: Settings for billing.
Info: Information about charges and payments.
Coupons: Coupons received in a promotion could be applied.
Make Payment
This submenu provides information about wire transfer, and can be used to buy packages via PayPal.
Currently the following payment methods are supported:
Buying packages: The fastest way to buy credits. PayPal accepts PayPal accounts and Credit/Debit cards as well. If the payment was successful, the amount of the package will be available immediately. To buy a package, select a package and click on the Buy Now PayPal button. This is only available, if the billing information are set.
Sending money via PayPal account: Paying with PayPal is not only available through predefined packages, but PayPal can be used to send custom amount of money as well. To do that, send the money to WyoSEO PayPal account and include the value of the Payment Details row as an identifier. Note that, WyoSEO needs 1-3 working days to process the request and add the paid amount to the user account.
Wire transfer: Sending money with wire transfer is possible, but consideration of long waiting times of international bank transactions is needed. It is suggested to take into account that sometimes two weeks or more are needed for the banks to process the transfer. Data that are needed for wire transfer can be found on the page. Do not forget include the Payment Details, because without that WyoSEO is not be able to identify the account.
Coupon: Coupons are generated by WyoSEO and sent out as part of some WyoSEO promotion. If the coupon is applied, its value will be available immediately.
VAT will be charged as tax from payments, if this option is selected. To set VAT settings, see Billing Profile section.
Billing Profile
Billing Profile is a submenu of Billing menu in the Wyolyzer menu bar. Billing Profile can be used to set billing settings.
The following settings are available:
Billing Name: Name that will be indicated on the invoice. This is the same as the Name field in the registration process. To change, click on the Change link.
Billing Country: This is the same as the Country field in the registration process. To change, click on the Change link. The country defines the VAT payment method.
Billing Address: This address will be indicated on the invoice.
Post address: This address will be used to post the invoice, if it is requested.
VAT Registration Number: This number is necessary to pay VAT in your home country.
Currency: Currency that is used in the account for payments and charges. This value can be set only once, it is not possible to change later.
Credit: Amount of available credits.
IMPORTANT: VAT is not always charged. VAT charging depends on the settings entered in the boxes above. The following conditions will take into consideration for charging VAT:
If no VAT Registration Number is set, then WyoSEO will charge 25% VAT according to Hungarian regulations. For example, if the payment is 125 EUR, only 100 EUR credit will be added to the account.
If VAT Registration Number is set and
1. Country is not Hungary, then you are liable to pay VAT in your home country, and thus, no VAT will be charged.
2. Country is Hungary, then 25% VAT will be charged.
IMPORTANT: Currency can be set only once, because after the selection, the selected currency will be used to charge for each service. If the payment is in a different currency, WyoSEO will change automatically to the selected one. For current change rates, check http://www.khb.hu/.
Getting Invoice
Users from Hungary (Country is set to Hungary and Hungarian billing address is set) gets invoice automatically after each payment. Users from other part of the world could request a printed invoice, if the spent amount is greater than 200 EUR. Otherwise, the invoice can be sent via e-mail.
Note for PayPal: after each payment, PayPal generates an invoice and sends to the specified e-mail address. This has no effect on Hungarian users, they always get a printed invoice.
Info
The Info submenu informs about payments and charges. By default the activity of the last month can be shown. Charges and payments are represented in two tables. Charges show all spendings and payments list the credits bought.
The default interval for listing is the last month, but it can be changed by selecting the starting date and the ending date. To select start date, click on the first text field on the Date Range, then select the starting date on the pop-up calendar / write the date in ISO format into the field. To select end date, click on the second text field and select the end date. Finally, click on the Select button to show the reports.
In the charge report, the first column contains the charge date, the second the charged amount and the last one is a link to see subscriptions. Click this link to see active subscriptions for the appropriate day. The small table shows the amount, the service and the site charged on the appropriate day.
In the payment report table, the first column contains the payment date, the second the amount of the payment (amount of credits bought) and the last one the payment type. Note that, this table does not indicate VAT.
To save the reports, click on the PDF (to save as a PDF document) or CSV (to use comma separated value format) link in the header of Charge Report table. The created report will contain both tables for the selected interval.
Coupon
Coupon menu is a submenu of Billing menu in the Wyolyzer Menu bar. The Coupon submenu could be used to apply WyoSEO Coupons. Coupons have the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX where X is an alphanumeric character. To apply a coupon enter the received coupon code and click on the Apply button.
Sometimes the coupon is not accepted. The reasons could be:
Coupon has expired: Check the received mail that contained the coupon.
Missing Data: If the currency is not selected, then it is not possible to apply the coupon. Go to the Billing Profile submenu (see above) and select a currency.
IMPORTANT: No payback available! The available credits can be used for services, but paying money back is not possible!
