Commission Fee Payment Conditions

WyoSEO Affiliate could earn Commission Fee if

• the Subscriber  followed the Affiliate Link that is provided to Subscriber by Affiliate or entered the Affiliate E-mail Address directly to the Affiliate E-mail field in the registration form
• WyoSEO.com received valid payment from Subscriber

WyoSEO will pay Commission Fee to Affiliate

• on a monthly basis
• cumulative amount is at least 100.00 USD

Commission Fee Payment Process

WyoSEO Commission Fee Payment Process is the following

1. WyoSEO notifies Affiliate each month about the Commission Fee earned. If this amount is more than 100 USD, then Affiliate will be able to request the payout.
2. Affiliate could request the Commission Fee Payment by sending a formal invoice to WyoSEO.com within 45 days from the notification described in 1. This invoice must contain at least the following information:
   - Name of the Company: Wyonair Ltd.
   - Company Address: H-1096, Haller utca 30. II/16, Budapest, HUNGARY
   - Amount of the payment: XXX USD (will be sent in the notification e-mail, incl. taxes)
   - Subject of Payment: Internet Advertisement (or something similar – if you are not sure what to write here, contact with us)
   - Taxes: You shall include taxes (eg. VAT) basing on your local regulations.
3. The formal invoice could be sent to Wyonair Ltd. via
   - Postal Service (to H-1096, Haller utca 30. II/16, Budapest, HUNGARY) by posting the original invoice
   - E-mail (affiliate_invoice@wyoseo.com) by sending the scanned/electronic version of the original invoice
   - PayPal (please, describe how to buy the service)
4. After WyoSEO receives the formal invoice and accepts, WyoSEO will pay the Commission Fee to Affiliate within another 45 days.
