Terms of Use

This Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Terms and Conditions") is a contract between you and Wyonair, Ltd. (the owner of "WyoSEO" or "WyoSEO.com") and applies to your use of the WyoSEO web service and any related products and services (collectively the "Services"). This Terms affects your rights and you should read it carefully. We encourage you to print the Terms or copy it to your computer's hard drive for your reference. In this Terms, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Services ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated, "WyoSEO," "we" or "our" will refer collectively to Wyonair, Ltd. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors.

Accepting the terms

In order to use the Services, you must firstly agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

You can accept the Terms by:

clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by WyoSEO in the user interface for any Services; or
by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that WyoSEO will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

Description of Service

You also understand and agree that the Services may include advertisements. You also understand and agree that the Services may include certain communications from WyoSEO, such as service announcements and administrative messages. You understand and agree that the Services is provided "AS-IS" and that WyoSEO assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Services, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Services.

Use of the Services by you

In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Services, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to WyoSEO will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by WyoSEO, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with WyoSEO.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with WyoSEO, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that WyoSEO has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which WyoSEO may suffer) of any such breach.

Member account, password and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify WyoSEO of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. WyoSEO cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WyoSEO AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WyoSEO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (a) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE WyoSEO SERVICE; (b) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (d) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE WyoSEO SERVICE; OR (e) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE WyoSEO SERVICE.

Information in the database

Our database contains factual information (now uniquely arranged by us) as it was present on the Internet and therefore it may contain offensive language. Do not use our information if you are easily offended.

Use of information

You can use our information to understand how to optimize your own site or sites of your clients so long as you do not breach our Terms and do not engage in "black hat" SEO, specifically spamming of any kind.

You are not allowed to query our database using any automated tools without getting prior written permission from us to do so. However search engines are allowed to crawl our site so long as they obey robots.txt commands.

Any purchase of our services requires you to use the data provided by us for internal purposes only. You are not allowed to create any derivative works or resell data that use our information without prior written permission. If you are buying information on behalf of your client, then your client is also bound by these conditions. If in doubt please contact us to confirm whether the use of data that you plan is acceptable or not.

If you register and choose to receive our newsletter then we will send it no more than once a week. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time and we will not sell or rent your e-mail addresses to any third party.

Modifications to WyoSEO Services

WyoSEO reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the WyoSEO Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that WyoSEO shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the WyoSEO Services (or any part thereof).
